Bathroom was nasty. Ordered coconut milk, came with little to maybe nothing.
I order 4 drink and drive up to the window while i was at the window i got a text that I needed to add another drink. The lady... said they couldn't take orders at the window. I understand when it's busy but there was no cars behind me I had to drive aroundthe whole building to add another drink ridiculous!! When I'm the only car in line ???? Read more

This Owatonna Starbucks is THE BEST STARBUCKS of anywhere ever!! Drinks are made perfectly as ordered! Everyone working here is... smiling and you definitely pick up on this positive vibe. I ordered 3 Caramel Crunch Frappe?s and they tasted like straight caramel milk and ice. Where is the coffee flavor? As an ex... barista from Starbucks. I know how that drink was supposed to look like and it was too light in color and looked like thebarista who made these forgot to put enough frap roast. If I remember correctly Viente frappes get 3 or 4 pumps of frap roasteach so even made in all one blender you do 9-12 pumps for all 3. Please do better Owatonna Starbucks. Read more
