Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. The Pepsi was flat it tasted gross. After I had eaten my food I went up to the... counter to order 2 bags of Cinnamon Twists and I stood there for what seemed like 5 minutes without any acknowledgement fromanybody. I finally gave up went to the self-serve kiosk and ordered my Cinnamon Twists from there. Then I went back to thecounter to pay for my purchase and still no one acknowledged me until FINALLY one of the people making the food said somethingthen I was finally helped. Was just there and while they were busy, they had plenty of staff in the back. In fact, kids standing around doing nothing. ... I was standing in the front waiting for my order to be taken. Several minutes go by and no one even bats an eye at me. I say tosome kid "is someone going to take my order?" That kid takes off to the way back and dissappears. Then some bearded kid comes upand informs me that unless I order from the kiosk, it'll be a while. I use cash so I'm not using the kiosk. That is asinine whenyou have people standing around doing nothing. I just said f that, and left. After this, it looks like taco johns will get allmy Mexican fast food business from now on. Read more
