Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. The Pepsi was flat it tasted gross. After I had eaten my food I went up to the... counter to order 2 bags of Cinnamon Twists and I stood there for what seemed like 5 minutes without any acknowledgement fromanybody. I finally gave up went to the self-serve kiosk and ordered my Cinnamon Twists from there. Then I went back to thecounter to pay for my purchase and still no one acknowledged me until FINALLY one of the people making the food said somethingthen I was finally helped. This Taco Bell is very hit and miss with their food quality. I have had orders missing things or made in correctly. Definitely... check your bag before you leave. Trying to get things corrected after the fact is not a fun experience. I would recommendgoing in between open and 6pm. That is when food quality is the best. Read more
So beyond rude! We tried to keep adding to our order and each time is that it now? Will that be it at each time. It wasn?t even... that big of an order! We asked for a bowl and she said for what? And was very rude about. We almost dropped the bag when theyhanded it to us because she barley had ahold of it. And rolled her eyes! Was just there and while they were busy, they had plenty of staff in the back. In fact, kids standing around doing nothing. ... I was standing in the front waiting for my order to be taken. Several minutes go by and no one even bats an eye at me. I say tosome kid "is someone going to take my order?" That kid takes off to the way back and dissappears. Then some bearded kid comes upand informs me that unless I order from the kiosk, it'll be a while. I use cash so I'm not using the kiosk. That is asinine whenyou have people standing around doing nothing. I just said f that, and left. After this, it looks like taco johns will get allmy Mexican fast food business from now on. Read more
