Place was empty & there wasn?t a clean table in the dining room. Every time you took a step you could feel your foot get stuck... to the floor. Absolutely disgusting. Staff clearly didn?t want to be there either. Read more
On a Road trip and the kiddos wanted some frosties so we thought we would give this Wendy's a try. The struggle was real... today... First, We tried to use a deal out of the Wendy's application and were told the computer were down after 3 attempts atscanning the code. There was not attempt to rectify the situation and were simply told it would not work. Then, after orderingand paying we were told the pop machine was out of carbonation. I am unsure why this information was not shared prior to usordering as were looking forward to our diet cokes. There was no apology or attempt to resolve these problems which highlyimpacted the enjoyment of visit. On our next road trip we will be sticking to McDonald's based on this experience. Read more
Typically stop there with my Dad when traveling between Minneapolis and Mankato. Foods always good, has a newer model (create... your own flavor) Coke drink station which I LOVE and all flavors are usually working however it's often sticky and wet around itso don't slip! Staff is polite slower than I'm used so if there is a line be prepared to wait a little longer than younormally would expect. Read more
I used to eat this Wendy?s a lot when I had to live further away but worked in Owatonna. Never had issues with my food then... always hot and fresh fries. This time I got the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich wasn?t very fresh and I regret nottrying my fries at the window cause I would. have gave them back. The wait was pretty long for luke warm food. At the time ofordering I was the only car in the drive thru and the inside only had a few cars. Read more
There was a long line at the drive thru so we went inside to grab lunch to go. The young woman who waited on me was less than... friendly. She never greeted me or bothered to look me in the eye. She asked my name which is Lori. When my food came up, whichwas extremely fast, the slip said I was Loray. I don't believe she spoke much English. The kitchen crew was very efficient, andthe young lady at the till may have been new and overwhelmed, but a little bit of politeness would have been appreciated. Thestrawberry salad was very good! I visit this Wendy's at least 3 times a week for a pick me up heading to the cities. I ordered a Dave's Single ???? and... Baconator Fries ???? this time. I normally only order Baconator Fries ???? and a Medium Peach or Tropical Berry Lemonade. (Tip:medium and large same exact size!) I got double the patties! Didn't even ask. Bonus! The burger tasted fresh and I enjoyedit. I prefer the baconator fries over regular fries if I'm not getting a burger with it. I love the cheesiness and all thebacon. Ordered through the app to pick up in drive thru. Waited 5 minutes at the speaker, no response. Waited another 5 minutes at the... window before a very rude lady opened the window and yelled the drive thru is closed come in and get your food. Manger wasfriendly, short on employees. Canceled my order. Will not be returning. Read more
