I can't recommend this McDonald's. I routinely spend half an hour or more in the drive-thru. Items will be missing from my... order, or I'll get the wrong items. One time a girl at the drive thru window was handing me my drink and accidentally dumped itall over me, and then ran and hid until I drove away. I wasn't even mad, I just wish she would have given me some napkins toclean up or something. I usually only go to get a Large Dr. Pepper nothing to eat. I usually eat at Burger King sorry don't really know how the food is... or the service. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 2 meals and 2 other sandwiches. Came to almost $33. When I got home I realized I... received the wrong sandwich. I went back the next night and explained I received the wrong sandwich.I asked for the double smokey BBQ QCP. I received someone else's special order . 2 burger patties, ketchup and onions. And all I want is the sandwich Iordered and paid for. The manager was so rude. She Insinuated I was lying. I had my receipt and had a picture of the sandwich Ireceived. She said she just wants to go home. Said there were no male worker working there last night. I am like a guy took myorder and cashed me out. I live 12 miles away. Do you think I drove 25 miles round trip to lie so we could get a freesandwich. I am a manager of a store and I can't believe a manager would act that way to a customer. So unprofessional.
