I can't recommend this McDonald's. I routinely spend half an hour or more in the drive-thru. Items will be missing from my... order, or I'll get the wrong items. One time a girl at the drive thru window was handing me my drink and accidentally dumped itall over me, and then ran and hid until I drove away. I wasn't even mad, I just wish she would have given me some napkins toclean up or something. The food has been fine, just double check your order to make sure you got everything, and definitelydon't come here if you're in a rush and hoping you'll get your food fast. Read more
I usually only go to get a Large Dr. Pepper nothing to eat. I usually eat at Burger King sorry don't really know how the food is... or the service. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered 2 meals and 2 other sandwiches. Came to almost $33. When I got home I realized I... received the wrong sandwich. I went back the next night and explained I received the wrong sandwich.I asked for the double smokey BBQ QCP. I received someone else's special order . 2 burger patties, ketchup and onions. And all I want is the sandwich Iordered and paid for. The manager was so rude. She Insinuated I was lying. I had my receipt and had a picture of the sandwich Ireceived. She said she just wants to go home. Said there were no male worker working there last night. I am like a guy took myorder and cashed me out. I live 12 miles away. Do you think I drove 25 miles round trip to lie so we could get a freesandwich. I am a manager of a store and I can't believe a manager would act that way to a customer. So unprofessional.
