Went to East Sides as we hadn't been there for awhile. Were seated at a table. After 20 minutes, still had not seen a server... at our table. The table behind us had a family finishing eating when we arrived. They paid, cleaned the table, sat someoneelse there, took their drink order, and brought their drink to them, and we still had no one come to our table. We got up andleft. Horrible service. Guess we weren't important enough customers to worry about. Will not be going back there EVER again. Read more
Had to wait 5 minutes to be seated, our waitress was exceptional and paid attention to detail and following through with special... requests. Couldn’t have asked for a better waitress, wish we would’ve gotten her name. Definitely recommend this location. Read more
I'd probably give 3 1/2 stars for food, service and atmosphere if that was an option. We were only offered one bowl of the 'all... you can eat salad' that came with all three meals we ordered. I'm sure we could have gotten more if we asked (had to ask formore bread), but back in the day the staff offered it. I feel a little rude asking for some reason. Pasta sauce was a little toohot (too much red chili pepper). Took over 30 mins for order to arrive, which seems long given how basic the meals were. Read more

We’ve been here total of 4 times and every time it has been a delight. Service was great. Elizabeth was quick and very... responsive. She had a few tables but she made sure if we needed anything we got it. Drinks took a little long but understandablelong. Elizabeth made sure she communicated and our drinks were right and made to our taste and order. Read more

I felt cheated… I ordered “build your own pasta” and paid full price for it. Only to find out before leaving that it’s... on special on Wednesday nights for $12.99 and I paid $20! I asked why was I charged full price? it’s Wednesday and I just sawthe sign about the special before leaving. I was then told by a waitress that I ordered it wrong and that I was supposed toknow about the special beforehand… ???? I guess you have to do your homework before you eat here. I was also told the waiterthat served me was new and didn’t put it in right. Basically a few different excuses. I was not offered the refund for thedifference. Read more
