Okay, I don?t know if it?s just the whole building or what? But terrible service at Swiss chalet and my dumb self decides to go... to Harvey?s because it will be better right? NOT. My fiancé and I both placed mobile orders to pick up, and followed theinstructions on the app and started waiting. Two different groups of people who arrived after us, ordered and got served beforeus. We were waiting for 20 minutes without someone even talking to us. At least three managers or supervisors, whatever you callthem, walked passed the counter and looked at us, and just kept ignoring us. Then when they finally did, we received our soggybags of food that had been made over 20 minutes ago, and told ?oh did you say you were here?? I will never return, I tried togive a second chance, but this is pathetic and I?m completely done with this whole place. Read more

The service was great, and so was the food we had for our Thanksgiving dinner. Chicken potatoes and stuffing, and pumpkin pie... for dessert with a little bit of whipped cream. I might have to do that next year also. Good job,, keep the good work up. Read more

I gave you guy 2 trys and the first time I waited 15 minutes for a regular poutine and almost 15 again today for the same thing.... I will be telling my friends and family not to come here. Witch is sad because I work next to Harvey's. Read more

Drive through is not a drive through if it is taking 20 minutes to serve one customer, and back up the rest of the line.

The food was food. BUT the little lady serving rude .. my husband asked what's a southern Canuck and got " the what?" He... repeated and got " umm I am not to sure and really I am to tires to bother and we are closed." We are standing in front of her.We order and three times we repeated. She sighed and made faces and complained to the cook. When supervisor came in she was niceas pie and when he walked away it was sign and huff. He was drive thru working and trying to do a clean up while she stoodthere. Someone needs an owner to step in. Read more

So I want to give a 5 star rating to this Harvey?s. Not only did they get back to me about my complaint in a VERY timely manner,... they were polite and very considerate. Even offered me a free drink for the issue. Drive thru lines are long.. but I mean, whenthe food is good what can you say? I will be back in the future - as my hubby LOVES the wings. ???? Keep up the good work toall the staff there! Y?all are doing amazing. Read more
