Claire was totally a 5 star experience at the bar. Went and was told it would be a long wait for food but she made sure we were... taken care of. The place was empty. We waited far too long for our food. Half the orders were wrong and the rest were cold and gross. My... husbands VEGAN burger came with cheese and bacon on it!! Yes, seriously!! Staff had tantrums because we wanted our orders maderight and served hot. Two of 6 of us went without out meals as it was such a mess!! The manager, Kim, was wonderful andhandled the situation with care. Took my replacement meal home only to find bacon that might have been bad. Another in ourparty order a burger to take home to her son. It turned out to be a fish wrap!! On top of it all you want me to fill out asurvey. Which is primarily want my personal information, like income, who lives in my household?!!! I seriously doubt thosethings are unnecessary to resolve this issue! Read more
Disappointed, of the service. No one to greet us or seat us. Seated ourselves, server upset we sat ourselves, as a result our... drinks took 10 to 15 minutes. It was not busy. The meal was good but took a long time to arrive. The bill took another 10 to15 minutes to arrive, then the server disappeared for another 10 to 15 minutes coming out of the kitchen to take payment. Got seated quickly but waited for quite a bit to get served. Might have been short staffed but saw quite a bit walking around.... Once we got served, it was smooth sailing from there. Waitress was very friendly and food was good. Read more
Great customer service! Kate was super friendly and helpful with our dietary restrictions. There are not a lot or options if... you're a vegetarian. They sometimes will fry meat in the same oil as the french fries if the restaurant gets busy... Read more

Service was amazing, food was amazing. Clair was our server for the evening and she was polite, funny, reliable and never left... us looking for help. Would recommend everyone go see her and have a wonderful experience. Especially thirsty Thursdays!!! Read more
Visited Owen Sound and the person went to meet took me to this location. Just had appetizers and it was really good. Service was... good too. No complaints. Thought it was a little pricey but I don't usually go to such restaurants regularly so maybe thepricing is similar to other such restaurants. Read more
