Waited 1 hour for my order to be ready. Was told by the employee that they don't have serve orders in any specific order.... Multiple people who ordered after me were able to get their boxes of chicken before my order was ready. Chicken was more bread than chicken, toppings were no where near fresh. Staff don't seem interested in being there. Not clean

We wanted the Ultimate Deal $14.99 the manager or owner said we don?t have that!!! Not predgious but he was very hard to... understand as well. My husband was the one that went so our $14.99 meal ended up costing $39.45 with tax. No fries verygreasy/slimy chicken, 2 big tasteless macaroni salads and runny coleslaw. I have ordered from KFC in Owen Sound in the past and I recommend never getting it delivered as there always seems to be items... missing. I can understand and occasional mix up but in the last several years they haven't gotten a single delivered orderright. This time I am writing a review because I contacted the delivery company and there is nothing they will do. This wasthe first time I actually complained as it was the last draw. I have eaten here many times without issue. In this occasion the wait was long despite being second in line. When I got home I... found my 8 piece bucket was all burnt and had four legs. The popcorn chicken was fine but the 4 strips were...well to call themsmall is a generous lie. Two were small, one was...petite... and the last one was only slightly larger than a popcorn chickenpiece. Frankly the best part of the meal was the fries and gravy. I plan to revisit the store today (we live 1/2 hour driveaway) and request a refund. Read more
