Always dissapointing. Everytime I go back I swear they reduce the quality of their food. I get parked every single time I go... through the drive through whether it is a coffee or burger meal. I find that the food is super expensive for what it is when Inormally end up throwing it out because it is so bad. I will avoid this restaurant at all costs. Read more
Food was decent . Not a long wait . Heard the way the supervisor was talking down to all staff September 30th 2022 at around 8pm... and almost spoke up . People tend to do better when you talk to them like humans . Honestly shocked no staff walked out . All Ican say is some people can handle a higher position others tend to feel above all . Read more
I don't usually writes reviews, but this is by far the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. The old lady was rude! I ordered and... iced coffee and I saw it sitting there, 6 minutes went by, and I asked the old lady how long my iced coffee would be. Shereplied, " t'll take as long as it takes!" wow! Hadn't gone to McDonald's in a really long time but thought we would have a couple of big macs. Dry patty, chewy bun and enough... sauce to drown a horse. Only one kiosk ordering station with both sides in use. No, I'm not getting the app.. No soda refills,dirty tables, etc. I'll stick to Wendy's Read more
Good customer service and friendly staff. Seems clean and pretty quick at drive thru. Foods usually accurate and fresh (for fast... food). Accessible doors and easy entrance. My reason for 3 stars is that they charge for mac sauce but do not charge forketchup? I like mac sauce on the side for my burger and they always charge for this which doesn't make sense to me as it is aburger condiment. If I ask for it on the burger they do not charge however, I like to put on myself as they usually put way toomuch on the burger. COVID19 - must wear a mask if going inside and seems clean. Read more
I used this Mcdonald's as a pit stop on my way up to Tobemory, and it was a great pit spot. One of the few places that keep... their washrooms not only open, but also clean during the Covid-19 pandemic. The staff are good at enforcing social distancing,and are very friendly. Read more
Every time I go here there is something missing. I got my 4 fries and only 3 burgers. It wasn?t till we got home and realized... that we were missing one but this isn?t just a one time thing it happens all the time next time I go there I will be sure tocheck my bag before I leave.
