Had my first rice bowl from the subway on the other end of town and it was so good I decided I wanted another one today so I... came to this location because it was closer to my work. First I wasn't asked about my cheese option which is normally standardand was asked no problem the last time. So I let them know that I wanted cheese and that I wanted to pay for extra cheese. Theguy who was grabbing my toppings did a great job listen to what I wanted but then the manager came over and yelled at him forgiving me so much didn't even let him explain himself and then proceeded to try and give me less than what I've normally evengotten without asking for extra to which I reiterated that I stated I wanted to pay for extra cheese. Which she then stated thatshe didn't know that's what I had asked for. Which of course she wouldn't she wasn't the one handling my order and never evengave the worker a chance to get a word in how would she. This manager was incredibly rude to her workers for no reason and thenthey wonder why people don't want to work in fast food anymore. I will never go to this location again I will go to the one allthe way across town any day even though this one is a 5 minute walk from work. Read more

I have had downright terrible food and experiences at Subway restaurants in neighbouring towns, but I?ve ALWAYS had fantastic... experiences with my online orders from this location. I?ve never had to wait, even when I?ve happened to arrive earlier than thetime it?s scheduled to be ready for. There?s been no mistakes and the sandwiches are always well made. Kudos to the staff atthis location for always being on point - you ALL deserve a raise! Whoever keeps the team here working so well together, whetheryou?re management or not, great job! *Also, I love the switch to paper bags and recycled/ compostable napkins. More restaurantswould be wise to make similar adjustments.???????? Read more

I tried to order Subway yesterday, and it offers delivery at the one in 16th, so I did that. My order was cancelled and I didn't... receive my food, although I was charged for it. Now, I have the manager Anne emailing me telling me if I had any thing to bringup, to contact door dash, which I didn't know existed around here. I knew we had skip, anyway, here she is messaging me afterhours telling me they do not offer delivery, and I am wrong when clearly when you order from the app and google it online, itoffers delivery, but, it doesn't say from door dash. So? My question is, who's onus is it to speak to door dash when thecustomer clearly didn't know it partners with door dash? Also, Anne from Subway 16th, doesn't know what the heck her branch is offering, oh and I forgot to mention the email correspondence she sent well after hours, and as soon as she could this morningto skirt responsibility for this. A sad place to conduct any type of adult business, she will block you if you tell her it isn'tyour obligation to contact door dash for delivery. If I could give it zero stars I would, her customer service is deplorable. Read more

Go somewhere else you won?t regret it. I visited around 9 pm on Saturday and the employee was the worst you can ever imagine. He... didn?t even call us when it was our turn to order. Just kept staring like a creep. Moreover whenever he speaks, speaks like a 90year old men who have trouble speaking. I wasn?t able to hear whatever he was saying. There are many other subways nearby.Better go elsewhere. Read more

First off I gave them half stars as food was good! But the gentleman that made my sand witch.... he rolled it with there paper... for take out he rolled it very tight and turned my suppose to be sandwich into a burrito witch was a little unsettling. Read more

This location has to be the worst Subway I have ever been to. Staff do not seem to be trained on the basics of food hygiene,... lady at the counter kept trying to help but did not once put gloves on or wash her hands. Long wait due to slow service, evenwith 4 workers there. Man made my sub with a sticker on his finger that he had freshly written on with permanent marker. Gethome to find they had not closed the sandwiches and instead wrapped the sub OPEN so it was a mess, no sauce left once removingthe packaging. Take one bite to find an overcooked, crispy bun. Completely disappointed in this location and will not bereturning nor recommending it. Read more

Purchased two subs that were so sloppy & filled with sauce that the paper was dissolving. When we called to bring this to their... attention, the lady claimed she ?couldn?t hear us? until we called from a different number. She said she would write our namein the book & we could get our order remade during our next visit. I mentioned that I know the manager & if they don?t honourthis than I would speak with him (I?ve had restaurants tell me the same thing & not honour it). We retuned to the store a fewdays later & mentioned this to the worker who was very rude. After 15 minutes of back n? forth, she asked for our receipt & theorder was remade. Will probably never visit this location again. Read more
