Has been great in past but recently had bad experience. Very awkward experience on weekend between a supervisor and employee... complaining about another coworker. One that was running late. Went to Subway for lunch today and was very disappointed with the professionalism of the staff. While we were waiting in line to... be served the two staff members working were complaining about how another staff member was late. This wasn't just a comment inpassing rather a full blown conversation about their coworker's level of dependability. Then when the tardy worker shows up, oneof the two workers goes to call him out on his tardiness leaving his associate all alone with the lunch rush. She then had toyell at them both to get out and work. I felt like I was watching a soap opera without popcorn. Chad, the staff that left tosocialize also had his pants down so far I could see 75% of his underwear and I don't need to know that he likes to wear plaidboxers. Read more
Good food, freshly prepared and fully stocked. The service is outstanding depending on who is working that day. There are 3... ladies in particular who do a phenomenal job. I wish I could give it 5 stars, but there are a few workers there who take way toolong and do a sub par job. Otherwise a good experience at this location. Read more
Subway at Heritage Place mall in Owen Sound makes the best pizza sub I have ever had.
