One of the only places I\'ll stop for lunch these days, esp since we sadly saw the Bleeding Carrot vegan restaurant close its... doors permanently. The Palette Cafe has taken over where Bleeding Carrot left off - excellent coffee, food and to top it all offstaff are efficient, helpful and friendly. It is also licensed - not a huge variety to select from but they do serve beer andwine. They have a variety of alternative milks, breads/wraps, and a tasty selection of options on the menu board. I have triedapproximately half the items listed and have yet to be disappointed. My husband and nephew both agree the Palette Cafe has anexcellent Mac\'n Cheese! A must to consider if you want good, clean, healthy homemade food or a full-bodied dark roast lattecoupled with a gluten free muffin or a blueberry scone. Read more
