I order the same thing every time a medium Americano 3 sugar 2 cream with cinnamon sugar they charge me for it but never put the... cinnamon sugar in. Probably because of the lack of choices in this town, some businesses here act like a monopoly, order 2 doughnuts, and 5... Timbits and they put all of it together in a single small brown bag (photo attached), I should have mentioned that it is notgoing into a milkshake but share by 3 different people. Read more

Wow, racism seems alive and well in this Tim's. Ladies, if you're so disappointed in working at a Tim's, find another job that... brings you joy instead of behaving rudely towards your customers. We asked for 3 items but they were "out". This is 5 pm BTW notsome odd hour of the day. We asked for water and the blonde haired girl rudely told us, we'd have to pay for it. "It's companypolicy". LOL. In 25 years across Canada, and US, I have yet to pay for water at a Tim's. It's water not gold. Get over yourself.As she handed our order, she was supposedly talking to another customer on the drive thru making us confused if she was speakingto us or not. If you can't make an experience better, try not to make it worse. I made a note never to visit this God forsakenlocation and passed it along to family and friends. Has a rat problem, & the hours are awful with the most god awful looking people sitting around the place acting like they own... the dining room area, all the meanwhile they want customers to stand infront of cars at the drive-thru STILL even well after thepandemic, you use to be able to walk-in to order before 9pam at least. This place is an absolute viotaltion of health & safetyin more ways than I can list here, avoid this Tim Hortons at all costs. Read more
We have the Tim Hortons app and had the coupon for 2 can dine for 8.99 (two coffees and two breakfast sandwiches). We asked... *before* we ordered if the steak breakfast sandwich was included and were assured it was. When we got to the window the pricedidn't adjust, the teen worker said "guess it wasn't included". It was moderately rude, but at that moment his manager (we heardhim call her Ann) came stomping over and asked him so rudely what the hold up was. The window closed but we could still hear herberating the staff about the mistake. She opened the window and roughly handed us the machine with the price adjusted by adollar (not at all the savings of the coupon but by that point we just wanted to leave) and said in the nastiest tone. "Just soyou know for the next time you order, steak isn't included". No apologies, no pleasantries, just so shockingly rude. It's noteven about the coupon, it was just so distasteful the way she spoke to us and her poor staff. I couldn't imagine working withsomeone like that. Read more
Let's pay them more so they can feel better about themselves not getting your order right .. 31$ and change for 2 coffees a... crispy chicken wrap with wedges. 3 hazzlenut muffins.. told us we didn't pay for 2 bacon farmer wraps that we ordered but didn'treceive .. so we even overpaid for our order that wasn't even filled.. we added up the price and it should've been around 28$after tax...but almost 32 $ for 2 med coffee...1 chicken wrap 3 muffin and 2 farmer wraps...and the hash brown wasn't in thewrap...just egg and bacon that's it...no cheese no hash brown no sauce...and then they have the nerve to give us attitude....getreal...grab a brain or stay home if you're not willing to come to work and work which implies you're going to fulfill therequirements of your job....dunce Read more
