NEVER GOING BACK! This location has officially ruined Chic-Fil-A for me. Two weeks in a row now that our order has been... completely screwed up. Last time I took the order receipt inside and the manager was rude, didn?t believe me, and was absolutelystandoffish while fixing my order. Now I have driven all the way home on my lunch break and don?t have my fries, sauce, wrongamount of nuggets. Used the drive through and it took 12 minutes to make it through the line, order, and receive my chicken biscuit. I was thrilled... to even have a chicken biscuit for breakfast but my biscuit was chewy - like it wasn't fresh. This is not the Chick-fil-A we know and love :( We?ll keep coming back though. I think it?s staffing issues. Lines have been... longer and slower. They?ve missed putting items in our bags, too. Hopefully they can get staff again soon! Read more
