The order was missing and the sauces that are supposed to accompany our meals were missing. The lines were extremely long and... the service was not great. We were overcharged and the shortchanged on our orders. Read more
I Love the inside update, my grandkids enjoy drawing on the drawing boards above tables!
Not only did it take 12 minutes at the speaker before anyone even asked if we were ready to order (AND NO THEY WASN'T BUSY IT... WAS 11PM AND ONLY ONE CAR AHEAD OF US) we finally give them our order then get to the window and the mgr on duty at the time wasrude with us the entire time.At this point we've done been waiting in the drive thru going on 22 minutes (SHE'S STILL BEINGRUDE) Well finally we get our food and well every bit of it was cold.For a wait that long with only one car ahead our foodshould of been at least warm.Cold fries are disgusting ( THREW IT ALL AWAY) I wasn't going back thru the drive thru. Update:Just left from getting dinner and I have to say service and the food were both on point tonight. Complete turnaround from lastvisit . Read more
The drive thru service really needs an overhaul. The individual who takes the order does not understand how to navigate between... the lanes. I was given my order on the outside lane and noticed my order was being recorded on the inside lane, the inside lanewas being ignored. It would make since to close down the inside lane during rush times to keep the confusion and frustration ofcustomers low. Read more
