I Love the inside update, my grandkids enjoy drawing on the drawing boards above tables!
Not only did it take 12 minutes at the speaker before anyone even asked if we were ready to order (AND NO THEY WASN'T BUSY IT... WAS 11PM AND ONLY ONE CAR AHEAD OF US) we finally give them our order then get to the window and the mgr on duty at the time wasrude with us the entire time.At this point we've done been waiting in the drive thru going on 22 minutes (SHE'S STILL BEINGRUDE) Well finally we get our food and well every bit of it was cold.For a wait that long with only one car ahead our foodshould of been at least warm.Cold fries are disgusting ( THREW IT ALL AWAY) I wasn't going back thru the drive thru. The drive thru service really needs an overhaul. The individual who takes the order does not understand how to navigate between... the lanes. I was given my order on the outside lane and noticed my order was being recorded on the inside lane, the inside lanewas being ignored. It would make since to close down the inside lane during rush times to keep the confusion and frustration ofcustomers low. Read more

All the curbside is good for is to have somewhere to park so you can go in and get your food after they either forget about it... or take over 30 minutes. I?ve experienced both. This last time, I had to go in to get my food and the manager argued with mesaying there was no mobile order. After I showed her the email she kept arguing saying she had nothing up until the point theyfound my food sitting on the counter where somebody had put it down and forgotten about it. We visited here yesterday and on our order we had a double quarter pounder plus several other meals. We got all the way home and... went to eat and the patties were still raw! I did contact the manager and they are going to replace the order but we had donewent all the way home so that was one family member that had to fix something different to eat to keep us from having to driveall the way back down there.
