For YEARS, I have avoided Wendys because of very poor point-of-sale service. This place has completely reversed my opinion of... Wendys. Its probably just this location but, they have this place working better than other places I have visited in theHampton Cove area. There are always many people working inside. They are very attentive to the walk-up customers. In fact,last time I was there on Sunday, the store manager asked the counter person to nevermind the call in order, and attend to thecustomers in the store. Yeah, sometimes the orders are wrong, but they have corrected the orders expediently when I point outthe error ..... nicely! The kids want to go to Wendy's often now because they love the food. What a joke. I do not expect much out of fast food and they sure delivered. Ordered a large fry, got the large fry box that... was not even half filled. Since I was getting multiple drinks and they do not have cup carriers, asked drive through person ifthey could take a coke can for me and throw it away. They said they do not have trash cans in the store. So lazy. Maybe thehealth department would like to know you do not have trash receptacles in the stores. Don?t accept DoorDash orders they?ll have you go to the drive thru to get it because the inside is closed. Waited well over 20... minutes. If you don?t have enough people to run the store shut it down till you do Read more
Order a classic chicken combo and a spicy chicken combo. Received two classic chicken that had most likely been made for lunch... and served for dinner. Was so dry they were inedible. Oh and the fries were limp and cold. They obviously do not care aboutquality. Read more

My friend Rose and I stopped in after a tireless day at Huntsville Hospital for testing. Just as we sat down to eat our food,... this elderly lady came in with what I thought to be 3 grandchildren and those 3 children were acting as though they had nomanners at all. I go here pretty regularly and most of the time my order is correct, the people are friendly, and the drive through is FAST.... Incredibly fast. Seems like everywhere I go these days is understaffed and incapable of providing even baseline level ofservice. This Wendy?s is the exception. Read more
