Great service and people. The food is always hot and fresh and doesn't take too long to come out. I always go for their Calzones... but I was happy to try their Mighty Meat personal pizza and it was great. 8 inches goes along way. I encourage anyone to trytheir Cheese sauce. It is on fire! We ordered three different individual pizzas and bread sticks. I must say, I thought it was a tad pricey at first but it filled... us up. Everything came out fresh and was delicious and the friggin ham on the Hawaiian was amazing. Bread sticks... Fresh AF.The gentleman that brought our pizza out was outstanding. Yesterday we had a family celebration of my husband's birthday. We are a family of pizza-lovers who do not live in Owensboro;... however, we came to Owensboro to celebrate the birthday. I did a google search of 'best pizza in Owensboro' and 54 PizzaExpress came up in the response. I'm so glad it did! I called and asked if they could accommodate a party of 12 at 6PM. Theyobliged and let me tell you, the pizza, pasta, Stromboli and grilled chicken salad were delicious. The service was prompt andfriendly. We will definitely return. We ate at the Alvy Park Drive location and it was busy with takeout orders but theirbusyness did not at all adversely impact our experience! Read more
