Asked for a beef and cheddar sandwich and got a classic roast beef. Everytime I go something is wrong with my order or im... missing something. It's like the people working there don't know how to listen to someone's order and they don't check the bagto make sure the right sandwich was in it. I only have problems with the Arby's on villa point. I have had other family andfriends go there and have thier orders messed up also. Read more

Well, to put it frankly, the experience was something to be forgotten. A drink tray apparently is one of those things that's... mystical, magical, and overly difficult to find. To say the least don't ask them to operate the thing for you it seems to be atad confusing. Add to that, the genius working drive-through that does not need to work anywhere. First, I want to say that the food was very hot. Next, I want to share that this place has the rudest service of any restaurant... that I have ever been to. We asked to make sure that our fries were cooked fresh because Arby's can NEVER serve you hot & freshfries and that's when "Cheryl" started with the very rude behavior. The guy at the drive through window was so rude! Didn't say one word to me. When I asked for Arby's sauce and ketchup he threw... them in the bag hard. Practically threw my food at me. The crinkle fries were old. Cold and disgusting. The beef and cheddarcold to. Horrible! Read more
Went to get food at 8:56pm on wednesday november 9th and the drive thru said that they were closed. Google says they don't close... till 12am. Kind of annoying Read more
