Pretty sad to see all of these TERRIBLE reviews on here. But, here?s another one for ya!! If I could give a 0 star, I most... definitely would. The place was TRASHED. Every single table was dirty, not a single table was clean!! The trash was overflowingonto the floor at every trash can. The counter by the register on the front counter was filled with left over food that had beendropped off from bowls. The drink machine had ice overflowing onto the floor as well. The condiment station was not stocked; noforks, straws, or napkins! I get being busy in a restaurant and not being able to get to anything right then and there. BUT, wehad no wait time for food(which was the ONLY good outcome of this place), meaning someone could have went out to clean thedining room. This place was absolutely disgusting!! Food wasn?t so great neither. Would have been better to have WARM(not cold)food, and a clean place. Also, there?s absolutely no seating! Maximum occupancy said 99. But there looked to be only enoughseating for 20-25 people in there. 10/10 do NOT recommend this location! But what else could you expect from Owensboro!??????????? Read more
The food wasn?t any good and I shouldn?t of expected any less. The chipotle in Owensboro needs to be closed cleaned and staff... needs to be retrained this place has a handful of people in it and it is disgusting wouldn?t recommend at all Read more
I liked the place. People were nice, food was awesome, environment was good. Some workers are stingy on the portions, some are... super cool about it. Don't let them cheap you out. Read more
We ate there several times. It is better in my opinion to go in and order that way you can see how much food you're getting plus... you can tell them if you want extras. We love this place. The food is always fresh and delicious! Read more
Wow what a joke? we ordered over 100 bucks worth of food for a meeting. The order took 20-30 minutes longer than expected and on... top of that it was not right. We were given someone else?s order. When we tried to call they do not accept calls. It says theyare too busy to help. So you use the app. The app would time out and took forever. We finally called the corporate number andthey did not want to refund all charges but finally did. It was a very poor showing for a new restaurant to the area. We wereall very disappointed. Read more
if I could give zero stars I would. I've ordered here twice and it was all around TERRIBLE. the food was cold. the food wasn't... right. the food was very skimpy. I've ate chiptole almost 20years and have waited that long only for owensboro chiptole to ruinwhat people think chiptole should be. trust me this is far from a regular chiptole. sadden to say owensboro ruins a lot ofchain restaurants. I've never had chiptole with dry meat... even with the sour cream this meat(pork) was dry. I literallygrabbed my food off the to go rack, then went to the drink area to get my drink. I opened the bag to check my food and to mysurprise this is what I had. a woman next to me said oh that doesn't look too good. I said absolutely not. there was a older manstanding there (he worked there) hearing me talk about this and he ignored it and stood in the way for a good 2 minutes until Istopped talking about it. I could have complain but a good worker would have looked and saw this and made it right. but I'lllet that slide because i know how food industrycan be. this is the poorest presentation of chiptole ever. also the rice... isjust rice. there's no cilantro lime in it! save your time and hopefully they see the 2 star rating and get the issues together.they won't make it long in that location with not even mediocre food. Ordered ahead, once it was time to pick up we went and they said it would be an additional 30 minutes. All together we waited... over an hour for our food. Then once it came time to actually get the food the girl kept trying to give us someone else?s foodwhen we kept insisting it wasn?t ours because it was not our name on the bag and told us ?it doesn?t matter who?s good we get aslong as we get it?. So I went through GrubHub+ because I?ve never had a problem with any orders with them. But what you see in the picture is what I... paid $30 for. Cold meat. And with chips and dips it was $64 with tip. Gonna stick to the one in Evansville. Read more
