Worst Cracker Barrel I have been to. 45 minute wait to sit. 20 minutes later had to find someone to take our order. An hour... later still no food. Two people told me they were getting our drink refills but neither brought them. Only positive was thesuper nice manager who comped our entire meal. We were at the restaurant itself for 2 hours before we actually received ourfood. Read more

1/2 hour to be seated. 1/2 hour after ordering to find out that they are out of what I ordered. The dumplings and chicken. (... 95% dumplings) were not that good. It seems to be a corporate wide problem on having what customers want. Plenty of ?things?in the store. No room to move around without bumping into things. (Fire exit?) I will start going elsewhere. If I could give this zero stars I would. We waited 30 to an hour just to get our drink and food order. Once then we waited... another 30 minutes to get our drinks. It took an hour to get our food just for it to come out cold and nasty. The bacon on ourloaded mash potatoes was raw and cheese wouldn't even melt from the potato being cold. My broccoli was rubber like it had beenold and reheated. I was highly disappointed. It was not worth the $70 we spent there on our family to eat. We only had someonecome to our table to order or food and give us our food. We had to find and ask someone for our ticket. Guess they knew wewould've complained about our food of they came back to our table. The biggest thing is they were not busy at all when we wentthere. Read more

Raymond is a great waiter & makes the dining experience worth it, of the food is good. But I hate the change in their menu's. ... Also I don't personally feel adding alcohol to the menu was needed or appropriate for a family style restaurant. I have gonethere probably more than any other restaurant in town & never saw them slacking in customers so I don't think alcohol was neededto improve business. Just my opinion. Read more

This place treated my mom disrespectful and made her feel uncomfortable and awful. It went as far as having their manager come... out and speak with her. She is on a liquid diet doctors orders. Soup broth is what she wanted and it went way to far. We arepaying them to serve us. Manager complaining about how many bowls they already brought her. Which was one and one very smallone. Bs won't go back. Read more

Wife and I drove 45 minutes for a good Sunday breakfast, I knew when we passed IHOP I should have went there. Breakfast at... Cracker Barrel was Horrible, service was pathetic. Food was small portions and cold plus pancakes were filled with grease.Definitely not worth the $27 we paid. Waitress needs more training on checking on the customers little better. Just a badexperience, we go to this location and never been like this before, the table next to us left almost all their food but thewaitress didn?t ask if anything was wrong, just took the tip money?.probably will never return to this location. Corydon is justas close. Read more

This was my favorite place to come and eat breakfast but it only takes one bad experience to change all that. Well today will... probably be my last time here, for a while anyway. When I finally got my food I started eating and about halfway through my mealI realize the sausage patties were not thoroughly cooked, so the center of them were still soft. I immediately lost my appetite.I hope it was hot enough in the center so it was safe to eat. I showed the waitress and she agreed that they looked uncooked inthe center and took half of one of the patties with her when she came back she had marked the price of the sausage off of theticket. which told me that they didn?t care much about customer satisfaction because they still charged me for the meal eventhough I didn?t finish it after realizing I ate a sausage patty that was not thoroughly cooked. The management of cat CrackerBarrel did reach out to me and I am convinced they are concerned about customer satisfaction. This was probably an incident thatdoesn?t happen often, I just happen to be the one that it happened to. They do you have a good food there, I?ve always likedCracker Barrel.. Read more

Hi, So I have had it with Cracker Barrel. This is the second time within a month I have gotten terrible service and bad food.... The first time, I sat down in the restaurant for well over 45 minutes without getting any kind of attention from the Waitress. Iwas never greeted, acknowledged, or asked what I wanted to drink or eat. Finally I just got up and left. The second time whichwas last night, I sent my mother over to pick up some food for us for supper. She got there at 6 to order. They said it would beabout 15 minutes. She looks around, and about 45 minutes goes by and she's still waiting. When she asked about the order, theywere rude and responded saying half their grill wasn't working and she needed to be patient. So she decides to go outside for aminute, and that's when she noticed that they were going to be closing at 7 for a Christmas Party. She went back in and waitedtil about 7:05, and then asked about the food again. They continued to be rude disrespectful. She told me that they were tryingto get everything done so they could have their party. She starts to walk out, and the manager said that he would lock her outif she left. She asked if she could go get something out of her vehicle. He was rude again saying that they were closed anddidn't have to let her back in. All this could have been avoided if they had either told her about the early closing, or had thefood ready sooner. She finally gets the food about 7:15, and proceeds home. When she gets there, we take the food out anddiscover that some of the food was undercooked, and some things were overcooked. Basically the whole meal was inedible. We endedup throwing the whole thing away and going to get something else. Thank you Cracker Barrel for ruining our supper and any chanceof us ever coming back to this location. Read more
