In the drive thru for 25 mins. Ridiculous. Never did the worker come to the window and apologize, offer a breadstick or even... look my direction. Requested ?Fresh? breadsticks because they sat bagged for over 10 mins as I looked through the window. Andeven this comment didn?t even solicit a ?Sorry for your wait?. Stopped in at 10:10pm last night (Saturday). Doors were locked. Hours of operation say open until 11pm. I called and asked if... they are drive thru only. The lady that answered said no, our lobby is open. I said no the doors are locked. She apologized andtold me that was by mistake, however when I walked in with my family we were not welcomed at all. Took forever for the persontaking orders to even acknowledge us. Told we could only order certain things and the workers were just rude. When we askedabout a certain item you could tell they were not happy. It?s not like we walked in 10 mins til close, it was almost an hourbefore they close. Service excellent. I walked in and i was enthusiastically greeted by the two people at the counter. I ordered the lunch special,... which was $5.35. That price includes two main courses, which anywhere else, one piece would be enough for a meal. The pricealso includes 2 bread sticks, and a refillable small drink which was my choice of a Coke product. The food and the service bothwere outstanding. The value for the food alone was unbeatable. If you are in Owensboro KY and wanted something other than aburger for lunch, this should be at the top of the list. Read more
I always enjoy Fazoli's when I am in a location where they have one. It's kind of a fast food Italian. Prices are average and... the food is good. Just remember this is not a fancy Italian restaurant. 08/29/19 I was in Owensboro KY again and I had to dropin to Fazoli's again. Still a great place to pick up some spaghetti and those wonderful bread sticks. Yum! Read more
If you are ordering any type of chicken, ask that it be dropped fresh. The last 3 times we have went we have ordered the 10pc... boneless bbq wings(9.99) alongside 10pc bone in wings (13.99). Every time we got them they were really old and hard as a rockand had to ask them to be replaced while the rest of the family eats. It is really good when fresh, but serving old af food to(especially to dine in customers) is just a dumb move on this business' part. If the chicken is so under-ordered, just cook itfresh. Will save money for everyone, and have a lot less frustrated customers. Because of this our family will be asking foreverything to be dropped fresh due to sure frustration at this point.
