This is one of our favorite treats in PCB so we were excited to visit. Our visit was nothing short of a HUGE disappointment. ... At 6:30 there were only a few cookies out, when we asked if there were any more the employee was short with, "Nope" like whywould we ask. We asked for a double doozie... when she returned there was VERY LITTLE icing in the middle. It looked like just2 cookies together and they were hard and stale. After 2 bites it was tossed. My child ordered hot fudge, there was a tinydrizzle on the scoop. As we were sitting the employees were rushing to put everything away as if they were closing but didn'tclose until 8pm. A young lady wearing a black coat and long dark hair (working) was putting waffle cones in tubs sneezed inher hands and continued picking up the cones to store in the tubs. Needless to say this was our first and last trip. I did hear3 other families come in commenting that there were not cookies in the cookie store. Read more
Wow. What a waste of time. Nothing special about anything in here. Spent $14 on 3 cups of ice cream. Not again. Only reason we... went there is because our grand daughter wanted some because they weren?t open when they were supposed to be on Sunday, whichafter reading the reviews is a problem with this place. Perfect example of a business that will fail due to poor management. We have tried twice now to visit and both times they were... supposed to be open. Last time the place was already shut down, lights off, no one there, and this time we double checked thehours and were told they closed at 9. We just now pulled into the parking lot (it is 7:50) and the doors are locked. Therewere two younger guys working and one just looked up then quickly looked back down, and the other stood in the window of theback door string at us til we walked away and they both started laughing. That?s the last time we will attempt to support thisplace, and like others who reviewed, we will be taking our business back to Cold stone. Read more
First time I was in I ordered a large shake and received a regular. Asked when they planned on activating their "Online... Ordering" and was told in a week. That was back in September. Was looking forward to another good ice cream shop in town, butit's a let down. Coldstone here I come. Read more
I've gone there after every car wash and have had a very pleasant experience! Cookies are always fresh. Ice cream is always... delicious. I can even vouch for the birthday cake ice cream cake!!! It was EXCELLENT. I'll be trying more flavors in thefuture. Tip: don't try and eat an ice cream sandwich outside of the store. It won't make it out the door.lol. Read more
We pulled into the parking lot 20 minutes before close tonight. As we were walking to the door, the three young staff members... scrambled to the back to shut the lights off and started to sweep. I went to marble slab around 7:15 and when I finally got handed my ice cream it was pretty much a milkshake in a cup. It was so... messy that they had to put it in a bigger cup. I also got a fruit loop cookie and it had no flavor and tasted stale. Mygirlfriend got cotton candy flavor and it tasted straight up like food coloring there was no flavor at all.
