Service was a little disoriented and the cooks were off a bit because somewhere they lost part of my order. Got that resolved... quickly. Food was good as usual and besides the screaming kid in the place as very peaceful. Breakfast for dinner went as perexpected. Stuffed hash browns with extra gravy and a side of 1 pancake. Huddle House is always a go to for us, for breakfast, lunch, or brunch! :D we (my family) switch between getting breakfast items... or lunch items- but both are always great choices! We most of the time order delivery, but I actually went and picked it upmyself this last time and the dining area looks really cute! It's got a nice diner sort of feel and the staff I interacted withwere friendly! :-) this is almost always one of our first choices! Read more

Nice walking into a clean dining area. Abigail had moved the booths and tables away from the wall and was cleaning behind them.... She apologized to us but I said it's nice seeing an employee take the initiative to do something when they're not busy. Other 2employees were just sitting there. Great job and great service Abigail. The presentation was clean but no one came to greet or seat us. There was a couple waiting ahead of us and 2 others came in and... left before the host/server even acknowledged us. After 3 to 5 minutes of neglect we just left. It's a shame because the foodlooked like it may have been good. Service is key to gain new customers and keep old ones. Read more

Terrible terrible service here and no one cares. No one acknowledged we were even there. Then when we were seated the waitress... started taking our order right away and as she did I noticed the 3 behind us were leaving. I pointed it out to the waitress andshe chewed us out and said it?s because people want to talk instead of order. After that completely uncalled for exchange wetold Her we would just leave and she quickly turned and stormed off. The last time we were there they were also rude and peoplewere waiting and just left. They move like snails and have no idea how to multi task and seem to never care. This is the mostpathetic service I?ve ever had and I will never return to this place again and it?s literally the closest to my house. Theentire team seemed to congregate behind the bar and linger there so it?s no wonder they can?t keep up and people stream in andright back out. They look at the people waiting with complete contempt. Completely unprofessional in every way. My family wentthere Sunday and was treated terribly by a different waitress so this is definitely a management issue.
