Got food through the drive through around 8:30pm, got home and when my son opened his sandwich he found a bug that looked like a... baby roach. We called the store to bring the sandwiches back and get a refund but were told we would have to wait because therewas no manager and it was close to closing time. They took down our name and said to call back the next day a to speak to themanager. When we called the next day they had no record of our name or that we had an issue the night before was told by themanager that was there after saying he contacted the general manager that I could not just get a cash refund with the purchasebeing a previous day I would have to contact my bank to get my money refunded which makes absolutely zero sense I?ve never heardof doing this in my life. I said my bank cannot just refund money that has already been paid to another company. He told me togive him a moment while he contacted his general manager again and ever got back on the line was on the line for at least 30minutes and eventually they hung up their phone. We had went to an event that ended late so just wanted to get a quick meal forour family and instead had to still provide another meal after already spending $45 for the meal that we were to disgusted toeat. I think that is more than enough reason to deserve a refund and the purchase amount wasn?t light considering the food gotwasted. I have never heard of a place just flat out not being able to provide a refund. The customer service was terrible inthis experience and it?s a shame because we were regular customers and really liked Jimmy John?s. Read more
Gave a $4 tip but my sandwich didn't come. Left directions to follow to my building I'm working in and to call/text when they... got here, never got a call and had to call the store twice to check. Oddly enough icalled the second time and without hesitationthe guy knew which order I needed to cancel without me giving any details. I used to absolutely love Jimmy John's and how fastthey were. Completely disappointed in this location. Every time I have gone, they have messed up my order. They charge me for the extra... toppings, then do not provide them. The wait is always long too, this last time was 20 minutes in line. I will not be back. Read more
The absolute worst Jimmy John's I've been too. The kids working there have always had bad attitudes and don't know how to take... orders. They close the lobby doors at 7pm when they close at 9pm. So you have to use the drive through. It is sad that a goodsandwich shop is ruined by lazy kids with bad attitudes. Read more
I placed an order about 10:40 am. I was told the sliced wheat bread was baking it would be about a half hour. I waited an hour... and 45 min for food. I normally get the food within a half hour. I was trying to treat my team for a good job. So disappointingwe chose the wrong place for lunch. My guys start going to lunch at 10 am. We did not get food till 1235. Apparently they had somany orders to deliver, if I would if been told about the deliveries, I would have Arranged to pick up the food. The orders werenot correct either. Never again. Update ordered today 2/24/21 online and this is what I got. Look at the pictures. The extras Iordered not there, old lettuce. I threw it right in the garbage. I can't believe I went there again. Have only had takeout from here. The food was really good and economically comparable to similar restaurants.
