Ordered a pizza for pick up got it was overcook and wasn?t cut try use the customer service on thier site no response
My daughter in law gets pizzas from this place more than 4x a week and at least twice now they've "forgot to put her pizza(s) in... the oven". No apology, nothing. In fact they repeatedly messaged her phone saying her order was ready! What kind of co. is this? Read more

Consistency can be an issue. It makes returning an adventure. A pizza I enjoyed one visit may not be as good the next. If they... could correct this I could give the fifth star. Service is always fast and courteous. And I feel that the pizzas are a goodvalue for the price. Read more

They made a mistake on one of our pizzas and added extra of the topping we said we wanted none of on a supreme pizza, called the... store and was greeted with an apology and wonderful customer service & our pizza was replaced with the correct order and readyby the time we made it back to the store. Mistakes happen, human error is acceptable & customer service is key to correctingmany errors, staff was super polite and apologetic while they corrected the error without any issues.
