First off, the floor was so greasy and slippery it was like a skating rink. The amount of food and trash under the booths was... clearly not just from daily traffic. The tables were dirty, I could understand if they were busy, but we were the only twopeople in the place the whole time we were there. They were more employees sitting and standing around than working. Based onthe general cleanliness of the place I would be lead to believe that it is a clear lack of care and management. Shame on theowners and managers, this should be completely unacceptable. I will not even begin to review the food, and how we felt that webothered there day to wait on us. Read more
Dirty place that's has many menu items unavailable. The food was dry and stale. Just awful.
I go here when I want seafood and am being to lazy to cook it myself and almost always regret it. The food is very greasy and... either over cooked or been sitting out and cold. Several of the employees come off as unwelcoming. Read more

I ordered by phone because PICKUP could not be selected online. I gave them the time I would be in to pickup my order. There... were a few people inside but room for lots more. The drive-thru was packed half way around the building. My order was quicklycompleted making my inside time less than 7 minutes. For a Friday nearing 6pm I thought the FULL CREW did a fantastic job! Theonly reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I received rice instead of corn with the 16 piece family meal I ordered. Read more
The floors were covered in grease. I slid all the way to the counter y'all! The staff was super busy and it took a hot minute to... be waited on. I was cool with that. They weren't mean and they weren't friendly. It was like they were just trying to make ittill the end of their shift. Totally understandable under the conditions. Sitting in the dining room currently. When we arrived around 4:30 the lot was dead. We weren't sure they were open. Went to... door and walked inside. It was quiet. Walked to counter and commented about no traffic to which the cashier responded, "We arebusy from 11-2 then 5-6." Indicating it was slow time. Ordered a #11 and 2 #12s (all chicken). The cook made up plates with 8pieces of chicken and said she's making the other 3. I wonder why so much chicken was pre ready during a dead time? It was hardand rubbery.
