Visited for the first time the other day. The service is about the best you can get! My boyfriend had made reservations for my... birthday dinner and asked for a nice table in a quieter spot. They did an excellent job giving us a quiet table. He also askedfor flowers if that was an option and someone went out and bought flowers for our table and just added it to the bill. Thehostess also took our picture and she made sure the table was cleaned off before our picture. All of the extra touches made thenight very special. The atmosphere is amazing, romantic, beautiful, great views but not too fancy. The food was delectable. Myfavorite was our appetizer, crab Rangoon dip. Both entrees were fantastic as well! We also got complimentary dessert since itwas my birthday. The restaurant and bathrooms were all very clean. We will for sure be back! Prices were fair for seafood andvery comparable to other nice restaurants in the area. Read more
Overpriced, the raw oysters were disgusting and didn't taste fresh. Fried cod was very enjoyable and a super large portion.... Crawfish pasta needed more flavor, but was not bad. Read more
Our server was extremely friendly but our service was slow (over 2 hours total). I ordered the Sea Bass while having a great... cook & flavor, everything on the plate was cold/lukewarm. My father's Battered Cod was burnt and dry. Now, on the upside theother 3 with us ordered the Filet & were extremely happy with the cook and flavor. We had some issues with sides not beingcorrect, desserts not being packed to go and drinks not being refilled. The atmosphere is great and friendly though! Very rarely do I give 5 star ratings... However, If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I'm still relatively new to the... whiskey scene. But, I had an incredible experience at the Lure Bar. Not only did they have a wide variety to choose from, butthe staff was also great. I spent about an hour talking with the bartender Palmer, who was incredibly knowledgeable in allthings whiskey. He had some excellent recommendations, and I probably learned more from him about whiskey in an hour than I everhave! Highly recommended if you are interested in trying some new flavor profiles! Well this was a bummer. While at the local bourbon tour we ask for a good place to eat and this was the place that was named.... While the weather was cold we arrived right at 2. Was informed that the grill closes at 2:30. Does not mention that on thewebsite. We did stay. We both got a sandwich and burritos. Overall it was good. Read more
A very swanky joint with fantastic views of the river and boardwalk. The food is impeccable, and a culinary experience in its... own right. They have on of the largest bourbon selections I’ve ever seen, and they’ve got some very high profile spirits instock. This is a perfect spot for date night, or entertaining a business client. This place was amazing. Had a little date night with my wife. Service was on point, drinks and food came out fast. The lobster... tail dish I had was maybe one of the best lobster experiences I have had outside of being on the coast. Highly recommend. Read more
