Laddy at drive through was vary rude handed my food out in an aggressive way and watched her fill up my carmal Frappuccino barly... half way and proceeded to feel the rest of the cup with wiped cream there was litterly 2 inches of wiped cream and when I askedfor my money back for the drink o ly shekels me to pull forward I said no I want to speak to the manager so she calls meretarded. Not only is the staff rude to the customers but to each other right in front of the customers. Definitely needs new management... while I was there 4 people stated the didn?t get their food. The drink machine was completely out of everything and the tea wasawful. Read more

I love this place I go there every single morning for breakfast they know me by name when I pull up to the drive-in to the... drive-thru when I order at the drive-thru they even know me by my voice they know what I ordered they don't I don't even have totell them my order they're so used to what I get. The staff is absolutely wonderful it's very very clean they're quick they'reefficient there wonderfully sweet and very accommodating if a mistake gets made they make sure that they take care of it or giveyou compensation by a free meal either that they give you the what you didn't get the next day or right then if you want to comeback. This was one of the best experiences at McDonald's I've had I Owensboro. They are usually slow and the food taste like it was... cooked and then reheated but this morning the food was hot and fresh. The girl who was working the front counter I wish I wouldhave gotten her name she because her customer service skills were on point and I appreciate someone who cares about the guestand the experience they have. As a former manager for McDonald's this was one thing I strived for providing the best experiencefor the guest. Read more
