Service is completely horrible. Worst McDonalds iv ever been to and they all suck.
Why are they so slow. They have 2 drive through lines, yet they still take forever to get you to the window to pay and then... another 5 to 10 minutes to get your food. So when you go through drive through it takes a total of 30 to 40 minutes. How is thatcalled fast food? Read more
I ordered food there thru there drive thru Paid They gave me the wrong food said sorry and handed me a different bag I got home... to find they gave me a different set of wrong food went back to the store and had them fix it . It took them half an hour tomake it and it once again wrong . If I were you I wouldn't eat there. It's chaotic the employees are lost and the managers seemlike they don't wanna be there . Read more
Usually service is slow but this time was out quick and the food was fresh
The morning manager Caleb seems very rude and selfish and does not seem to care about customers and their overall experience.... I?ve watched him be rude to several customers who are homeless and he generally seems to have a poor attitude. Read more

Visited this location on 10/31/2022, arrived in drive through at 7:50 pm and at 8:20 pm I was still setting in line, ther was no... movement at all, so I proceeed to call the store while I was setting patiently to ensure that the drive thru was open, mostlydue to the fact the they were not taking any orders at the drive thru, being next in line to have my order taken and 35 minuteslater, I decided to take my business else where and passed through, because apparently as a guest I wasn't important enough norwas the 10 to 12 cars behind me. This is not the first time this has happened and wanting to give this store the benefit of thedoubt I thought I'd give it one more chance, needless to say I won't be returning to this location ever oh and I do have to givea shout out to Arby's on Parrish Ave, you guys rocked a 2 minute from order taken to handing me my food, hope noone in the drivethru was on a 30 minute lunch break last night oh and by the way I wouldn't have waited 30 minutes, but it's impossible to getout of line once your in it, I know loosing me as a guest is not important to you and it showed in the service and hiw I wasspoken to one the phone Read more
