Their drive-thru takes FOREVER. Don't let the two lanes deceive you. They only operate them one at a time. I have twin toddlers... and it honestly would be faster for me to get them out of the car, go into the dining room, and load them back into the car...Also why do they only give one side with the Happy meals? Either apples or french fries. When I order online it even says tochoose your SECOND side and when I choose apple slices we aren't given any french fries. Read more
We ordered $41.00 worth of food. Burgers, fries, kids meals, ect.. the burgers were just thrown together .. most of the toppings... were in the wrapper not even on the burgers. The bread, it tastes old. Falling apart in flakes. I called the store and shesaid, well they've been busy, but thats no excuse. Busy isn't an excuse for poor quality food. Employees swearing and yelling at each other, definitely not working. It's gonna be slow. It's gonna be wrong. The employees... here are too dumb to function in normal human society. Food takes forever. Everything is disorganized. No one knows what's goingon so you get cold food that isn't what you ordered...every single time. Read more
It took 20 minutes from the time I put my order in to get my food. The fries were cold and the cheese burgers were luke warm.
Bit into my double bacon quarter pounder and it's not even cooked all the way thru. It's like they put it on the grill flipped,... flipped then put our sandwiches together. Called McDonald's to inform them and the lady was rude saying that there hasn't been acurbside order matching what I just told her. But when I told her bout the burger not cooked throughout she knew exactly whatburgers I was talking about without me saying. Then had her nerve to ask me was I sure that was the right location. Been there 3 times in the past week and our orders have been wrong every time, was in drive thru and the woman handing my food... was rude while I was checking it to make sure it was right and kept giving me dirty looks. They forgot all my fries andchocolate milk. Date was 11/30/2022 between 6 and 7:30pm. Went in and I asked to talk to a manager a man walked up and was veryrude from the start, he pointed his finger at me and told me to not come at him with attitude when in fact I wasn't evencustomers behind me was talking to me about how rude he was to me when he demanded while pointing his finger at me to say pleaseand thank you before handing my food to me, he then called me the B word as I was walking out in which another customer came outto let me know, i am always polite when ordering my food saying yes ma'am or sir but when I order 40 dollars worth of food andget all the way home and I have no fries or the chocolate milk yeah im going to be aggervated and upset.
