Ordered online and had our son pickup our food. Upon returning home from this business found no drinks were given and no sauces... that were ordered. Hate to say this seems to be a regular at this establishment. When we called and asked about this was told itwas our responsibility to get our own drinks. I can understand this may be the process now but bad business to not even give thecups to the people. Guess I can just consider this once again another donation of my money. Read more
Usually quiet dirty inside, staff always has something more important to do, orders are wrong 8 out of 10 times and if you're... getting a coffee, there's no set "recipe" so you may get it so sweet you can't drink it one day and go back that afternoon andorder the same thing and you may get something so bitter you also can't drink it. Late night stop midnight, reheated fries, overly salted burger. Sodas were good. 2nd visit at 6pm soggy and cold fries, still... too salty. My child said her burger was good but she ordered no pickles and the burger was served with pickles. Sodas weregood. Sign said, under new management. Read more
This visit has been spectacular. Skylar, and a few of the crew members had gotten smart with me. Just because they're playing... little minions to the main manipulator of the pack, the own stores general manager, Brandy Luck. If you want true, respectful,honest, and you definitely can't forget about the true care for the customers come on the night shift or seems to be everySunday now. A grown woman, mother of 2 grown kids, (hope they dont turn out like the evil monster of a mother they have),stooped as low as a kindergarten student telling the teacher another student cut in line. Just because one single person mademore of a positive impact on this store in 3 weeks, than she did in years.. one person who has the cruelty in their heart totake away a TEN HOUR SHIFT that I had worked ON THE CLOCK and ms. Lisa Sampson PERSONALLY had fixed for me just because I didn'tput a date on the scratch paper that I had wrote it on as a reminder. Just because she has the power and authority to be able todo that. If everyone would like to know the TRUTH behind the reason I got fired, and that's because 4 managers fell for Brandysmanipulative tactics and wrongfully terminated me. Apparently this is a Medium Ice coffee, when clearly it says small . People who don?t want to do their jobs should just go home.... We told her it was a small and she denied it but even the cup says small. Read more
Walked in to order at self order and all I hear is the employee behind the counter talking to one of her friends across from her... at the register, loudly and using words i didn't want my 5 year old Granddaughter hearing. Dining room was actually decentexcept for the floors. Read more
Went through the drive thru. Had to wait for our food after we paid. They tried to give us three different orders that weren?t... ours. When we finally got our food it was missing two items. I went in and everyone ignores you. After waiting for another 10minutes we finally got everything. They do not apologize or say thank you. They never ask if you need anything else. All I everget from most McDonald?s is a ?here? when they hand me my food and they slam the window shut. Zero stars. Read more
