1st time in 4 years here. Everything was great, just the price of the buffet is a bit steep, but oh well. Buffet was always... stocked, server was really nice and attentive, and we didn't have to wait long despite the place being packed. Didn't haveanything that I didn't like either. As in the past, I will be back, just not as often as I'd like due to cost of food andtravel, but it's worth the trip! Read more

We drove from Indiana to eat here. It was a good experience. The mutton was great, maybe the best dish on the buffet. The staff... were super friendly and they were quick to clear tables and seat customers during a very busy time. Read more
Very disappointed in my visit. We ate the buffet and the food was cold. Not the normal cool down from buffet to table, but cold... as if it had been sitting on the buffet with no heat for a period of time. We asked the waitress to let someone know to checkthe food Temps on the buffet. She returned and told us that some of them were not on and they fixed it. So basically, food hadbeen sitting on the buffet with no heat source long enough to barely be lukewarm, and then they turned the tables on. I'm notsure this would be accurate protocol per the health dept. The waitress was super friendly and very young. She was the onlypositive experience from our visit. Read more
It was very good on most things. The chopped mutton was dry and tasteless. The barbecue pork was moist and very flavorful. The... cooked apples is always my favorite. They are the best I have ever had. The other vegetables were very good. The chickengizzard were good as always. We don't eat here often but when we do go it is always good. Read more
Wow. Wow. Ate at Old Hickory first then came here. (Not picking a favorite, both were yummy) This place was absolutely... delicious! Everything was good from the beef brisket, ribs & the banana pudding, the best I?ve ever had! This is the first BBQ place within an hour of me that I'd consider taking my parents to. They're a couple of BBQ snobs from... central Kansas... They know their stuff. Probably some of the better mutton I've had can be found here. The buffet metexpectations, plus a little. I enjoyed their broccoli cheese and the macaroni. Not too shabby. This place left me convinced thata little more burgoo in the world would probably go a long way. The staff was super and the atmosphere was great. It's a hugefacility with tons of seating. Blackberry cobbler to finish things off was a nice touch. They have a small store and "To Go"shop for a quick pickup. I look forward to the next visit. Read more
