I was a bit apprehensive at first because of the bare decor and lack of table coverings but Wow! What a great dinner we had!. ... The service was impeccable. We eat all over the country and it was by far the most attentive service we?ve ever had. You don?tforget that. We will be back as we enjoyed our dinner very much. It would be a 5 star from me if they warmed up the decor andhad table cloths or covering. Read more

Very disappointed in the customer service from management. My wife wasn't please with the quality or flavor of her food and they... still made is pay 50% of her meal even though she only took one bite. For an upscale restaurant that was appalling to me. Forthe price you would think customer satisfaction would be at there top priority Read more

This place is fantastic. They serve authentic Italian cuisine, and it is all of top notch quality. They also have a rest nice... selection of spirits and beer. I?m not sure why it says three dollar signs next to this place, they are very reasonably priced;especially for the quality of the food and service. The baked goods come from Niko?s Bakery, so they are also top notch. Theservice here has always been great too. Read more

The visit to Niko's was promising, but ultimately did not meet the mark. The service was mediocre and the food could definitely... use some work. My carbonara was well made, but the pizza we ordered was over-salted and extremely soggy. Who puts cannedtomatoes on a pizza? My mom's eggplant Parmesan was salty as well and while the marinara was very flavorful, the pasta was verychewy. The mark of any good Italian spot is al dente pasta so screwing that up automatically decreases the quality of therestaurant. Read more

We?ve eaten at Niko?s several times over a few years and have had good food. Last evening however was a disappointment. My... husband and I both had a Caesar Salad and the dressing appeared to be some sort of a vinaigrette instead of a typical Caesardressing. There was a sprinkling of pre shredded Parmesan from a bag. I ate a few bites and stopped. My husband had the FiletMignon, Creamy Mushroom pasta dish which was in need of seasoning. I had the Sicilian Rigatoni which quite simply tasted liketomato juice and I couldn?t detect any seasoning; no oregano, thyme, chili flakes, garlic powder, basil. We shared a tiramisu, which from the time we ordered until brought to the table had begun to melt however, the flavor was still excellent. The breadthey serve is excellent. I realize waitstaff is overworked almost everywhere but I think our Server could have done a muchbetter job. We had to flag him down for everything. I?m posting this for the simple reason that I?d like to go back again andhope they might perhaps address some of their shortcomings. Food cost have gone up and they, like most other places, arepassing those cost on and I don?t mind paying for good food. This wasn?t good food. Read more

Absolute banger!! I'm not from around here, and, ignorantly, thought very little of the food scene. I. Was. So. Wrong! Niko's is... wonderful. My food, the carbonara, was exceptional; the wine paired beautifully with it; and even the rolls were yummy! Ifyou're in the area, I highly recommend coming here. ???? Read more
