Food and staff were great. I know everyone and every place is struggling with finding help. All of the tables were dirty with... food and the tables and floor were so sticky. Really just wish we had gotten our food to go. Read more
My daughter brought home lunch for me and the bread was hard as a rock! Tasted like it was a whole day old and have been sitting... out and probably was! The fries were soggy. Service is slow. I ordered my philly and fries and it took at least 15 minutes before I got my sandwich. I had to go back up and... ask about the fries. I was told they would be ready shortly. About 15 minutes later I see food being delivered to other tableswith fries. I went back up to ask again. He had forgotten about my fires and had to start another batch. So another 5 minutes orso goes by. By the time I got my fries, my sandwich had been sitting getting cold for at least 20 minutes. In addition, most ofthe fries were very small (an inch or less long).
