Service is slow. I ordered my philly and fries and it took at least 15 minutes before I got my sandwich. I had to go back up and... ask about the fries. I was told they would be ready shortly. About 15 minutes later I see food being delivered to other tableswith fries. I went back up to ask again. He had forgotten about my fires and had to start another batch. So another 5 minutes orso goes by. By the time I got my fries, my sandwich had been sitting getting cold for at least 20 minutes. In addition, most ofthe fries were very small (an inch or less long). Food and staff were great. I know everyone and every place is struggling with finding help. All of the tables were dirty with... food and the tables and floor were so sticky. Really just wish we had gotten our food to go. Read more

My daughter brought home lunch for me and the bread was hard as a rock! Tasted like it was a whole day old and have been sitting... out and probably was! The fries were soggy. First time there and will not be back. Manager on duty wasn't very friendly eitherand my daughter told her this was her first time and the mgr shrugged her off. Read more

Help was very nice Place was clean Sandwich tasted like a salt lick. Then you spend $10 each sandwich you have expectations of... being able to eat it. Grease for fries was old tasting. Cannot recommend & do not plan going back. Read more

Ordered 6 drinks with our meals; lemonade, tea, and 4 small drinks. We were handed water cups without realizing and grabbed... root beer for the kids. Our food was brought to our table in bags and the Manager told us we could not dine in as we committedtheft. In front of our children! My husband and I have never been so embarrassed, we explained that we ordered drinks and thecashier misunderstood... damage had already been done so we paid for the drinks he failed to charge us for and left. At theregister, while paying for the drinks I said "our salary doesn't steal soda!" I have contacted corporate and will leave 1 starreviews from every account I have and my husband via social media and Google. We are contacting an attorney due to theembarrassment, our children hearing it along with many others in their lobby. Read more

The food was hot and brought to us in a timely manner. Fresh cut fries, lemonade was insanely good and I highly recommend it.... They brought the food out and checked on us periodically to make sure we enjoyed it. Also the open kitchen was really nicebecause you can tell it's clean. I'd recommend it. Read more
