Wow. Great experience here multiple times. The staff is super friendly and very timely with orders.
Have been getting sandwiches from this location for a long time average 2-3 times a month up to the plandemic i will not go... through the drive through because i prefer watching my sandwiches being made certain ways that i requested in the start of myorder and when no one was allowed in the store to even purchase a carry out i refused to go now that things are slowly goingback to normal and i can go inside to order the service and quality has went down hill my granddaughter love's the meatballmarinara and is what she wants all the times i go to subway but that has gotten very hard to get they are usually out of themeatballs now today they said they couldn't serve it becouse someone didn't get it out of the freezer and put in the walkin tothaw a place of business should have everything ready before opening the store and should have anything not ready at open to beready way before 4:00 pm so my subway day's are coming to the end or at least at this location there are more locations in thiscity that i may try later they will get a opportunity to try and satisfy me Read more
This Subway is hit and miss for me. I prefer Subway over any other place to eat. The employees are always kind and professional.... I've never purchased a bad sandwich from this particular location, which is why I go to this one. The only cons are Subway isgetting a little expensive. They average $9.99 for a footlong. If you add bacon that is another $2. That is not even for themeal. When we go, we end up spending about $40 for 4 people. Plus, not all coupons are honored here. There was a coupon for buy2 get 1 free or buy 3 get one free. The only place that honors this is in Lewisport. All locations should honor all coupons. Orthey should have an automatic buy 3 get one free or a punch card or something. For this reason, we don't eat at Subway as muchas I would choose to. Read more
Out of the last 6 trips 5 of them have been horrible. They ask if I wanted my sandwich heated or toasted and I tell them heated... and they tell me since I ordered a meatball that the meatballs are already hot. Yes we know that, who serves cold meatballs, butI explain that I like the bread to be warm as well and every time I go it seems to be an issue. If it?s such an issue thendon?t even ask. Paid at drive thru before food was prepared. Was told if I wanted to tip I could add it as well. I did not. My food was fresh... but everything I ordered had something wrong...wrong bread, no cheese, no mayo. Was this because of my choice to not tip? Dude asked for a tip, so I replied throw this cup away, and I'll tip. Thought maybe I might get extra service since this is the... first time they mentioned having tips. So anyway, it was the least amount of tuna I have ever received on a foot long on wheatwith cheese only. Maybe 3 scoops total spread super thin. My mistake for not immediately checking, but I gave the benefit ofthe doubt to someone asking for a tip. You should give back that 20%. Subway is awesome. Everytime you walk in the smell just catches your nose and makes you wanna stay. The prices are low, I once... bought a sub and the cashier put a coupon on it. Read more
