I will NEVER visit this subway again and I do NOT recommend it to anyone. I went there with my older son and toddler son. We... went to the drive thru. Pulled up to the mic and was told by a woman they were really busy and they?d get to us in a fewminutes. 5 minutes goes by and I ask if I can order. She told me they were still really busy and to hang on. At this timethere?s a car at the window, me at the mic, and someone behind me. The woman finally comes by and take two sandwich orders outof 4. After the second I ask her if she?s ready for the next and she ghosts me. A few minutes goes by and I see a subway womanemployee leave in her vehicle. My son goes in and it?s two men taking care of 2 indoor customers. I wait 10 minutes at the micand finally pull up to the window. It?s a young man. Apparently the woman told him I drop off and to throw my sandwiches away. He was very nice. He took my order and apologized. At this point I?ve been there 30-40 minutes. I still paid the full amount,$36. I get my sandwiches and two of them are wrong. I?m shocked as I?ve never had service like this from any subway. Read more
Love the sandwiches but the prices should have been cheeper. On television the prices are 2 for 10.00. but when I got there and... had to pay for them I found out they were not that price. My husband told me I should have walked out and left them because itdoes not say not in Owensboro. Why Not. Read more
Drive thru. Staff was friendly. My order was made correctly & quickly. It is a good value for the quality of the sandwich.
Southtown Loc! Brian was all alone, had my order done perfectly in about 7 min, maybe less, he cleaned as he went, made best... food I've had from there ever. It matters when people take pride in their work, no matter what it is. I appreciate people whocan dovetail and clean as they go! Brian subway should give you a raise!!! Read more
