I assume I came in just after lunch rush and the crew hadn't had a chance to clean up and refill everything yet. There was no... ice in the coke machine and no ketchup in the dispensers. The soda from the machine was flat as a paper plate. The fries werecold and the burger tasted weird. It was uncomfortably warm in the dining area. Afternoons and evenings aren?t difficult but I work early morning and without fail they have issues till like 8 am I guess every... time. It?s a pain cause it?s one of the few places usually open before I go into work that id not mind going to. Food is alwaysgood but with the likelihood of just no one being there when the store is supposed to open, the computers being constantly upand down in the mornings even if you mobile order ahead. Or general rude managers in the am?I really hate going to this specificlocation anymore. Which sucks cause the next closest one is across town. Read more

Worst experience ever. They were out of sauces, fixed a hamburger only ketchup wrong three times, cold nuggets, gave attitude... when asked if they carried a drink that the other location carried, only took cash inside. Asked to speak to manager because theline attitude who looked 19 was giving attitude for them being wrong on the order and he looked annoyed that I was even talking.Never will I come back to this Frederica location again. food was acceptable, except ffrys were well overdone.. employees need training. i was told no when i asked for a cup of water... with my food and was told I had to pay cash AFTER I placed my order so I had to scrape together $25 with a line of ppl behind mehuffing n puffing ..extremely frustrating experience!!! 7 minutes before lunch. I ask if it was possible to get a burger, I couldn't and that was cool, rules are rules. I ordered... breakfast. Breakfast baconatter. When I got to window they were out of eggs for the sandwich maybe they should have cooked theburger. They put another piece of sausage on the sandwich and it was very good. Read more
Arrived a little after 11 pm, didn?t leave the drive thru until almost 11:40. We were the second car in line. The guys working... were nice but the food was unsatisfactory and we figured it was too late to try to get anything fixed. My fries were so soggyand barely warm, and my nuggets were also barely warm. My husband asked for chicken sandwiches with mayo and cheese only but wasgiven sandwiches with mayo only.
