Order 147 at 10:02 am, got order at 10:31 am or 29 mins later for simple breakfast sandwich. They said they lost my order.

Like normal, this location was a mess. Have had multiple 30+ minute waits at this location. Sat closs to 10 minutes for one... vehicle to move, looking like another 45 minute wait with an app order. Never hit that I was there, so I left and phones anorder somewhere else. This is everyday at this location. Faster to drive 20 miles to the next location and drive back. Read more

Lunchtime is ALWAYS backed up. Dining room closed often. No one seems to want to work but the chain will not hire if you can... only work specific hours due to having another job. Read more

Today on September 2nd at around 10:30 at night the Owensville McDonald?s employees had me, my fiancé, and my brother in law... wait for a half hour at the mic just to tell us they where closed once it hit 11. When we asked why they had us wait so longthey said that they where busy with other peoples orders when there was only two other cars (except the employees cars) in theentire parking/drive through. Me, my fiancé and my brother in law will no longer be coming to this location again. Read more

If you can?t pay enough for decent employees maybe get out of the business? This place is absolutely miserable and regularly... provides wrong orders after excessive wait times - 15-20 min in drive thru, lobby is closed due to short staffing, but it?ll letyou choose inside pickup in app anyway. When you have to pull up and wait 6 minutes for two cheeseburgers that are actually cold and the buns are hard and crusty when... you get them something needs to be done about the service. I could see if they were busy but it was 2pm. And I was the only onein the drive thru. Read more
