We ordered at 5:13 and was delivered at 7:16. Terrible. Why not just say we dont have the staff to deliver 4.4 miles?
Really nice staff at this location. Fast and food is always hot and accurate.
Ordered pizza at 9:04pm and by 10:20pm I called them wondering what was taking my order so long. I called and one of the workers... said the order had just left 7-10 minutes before I called and should be there soon. 30 minutes passed (now 10:55pm) and theysaid they didn't know what was taking the order so long, "they gave it to door dash bc they were short on delivery drivers andhe should've been there by now." I understand things happen, just very disappointed that the store closes at 11pm and I had noway of getting my food as it was 5 minutes to closing. They refunded my money, but I didn't have dinner to eat because of themix up. With everything around me closing at 10pm, I went to bed without. I seem to always have a problem with this restaurantand it's delivery but it's the only one who delivers to my home. Very disappointed! Read more
I always come to this papa John's pizza. Kids love the food. Staff is very professional. I will be coming back for more.

After placing my delivery order, my ETA was 40 minutes. Once an hour and 15 min had passed and the status still said 40 minutes,... I called the store and they said that they were busy and had given the delivery to Doordash who hadn?t accepted the order yet.They also said that once the order was pushed through to Doordash then Papa Johns couldn?t take it back so the only option wasto wait for Doordash or go pick it up myself. I had ordered delivery since my husband is traveling for business and it would beeasier with the kids. The fact that I had to go pick up the order was disappointing, but I was even more disappointed when Iarrived and there was a delivery man chatting away with the cashier. It doesn?t make any sense that Papa Johns cannot take backa Doordash order unless the customer comes and picks it up. I also don?t know how long the pizza was sitting there, but we had acold pizza for dinner. Definitely less than ideal. I have had a few issues before with deliveries and after this most recent,terrible experience, I will not be ordering from here again. Read more
We always order from here and never had a problem. The pizza is always hot and ready and fresh. The only thing I don't like is... to order wings because no matter how crispy you ask for them, they are always soggy. What we do now is order them with the sauceon the side and crisp them up at home in the air fryer and then add the sauce. That way we get them just how we like them. Read more
