I highly do not recommend this location at all. I?m a frequent customer of Cava but this location is the worse. This was my... third time to give a try/chance and it was the worse. Staff had the worse attitude. I always and only buy braised lamb andnothing else. The salad bowl is $15 plus change so it isn?t cheap at all and I?m not necessarily complaining about the price.But when you go a fast food type of restaurant and paid that much, my least expectations is to have a decent plate. First, thesalad, I asked to please add some more and make reasonable. The guy gave me a look. Then the lamb, he barely put and I saidagain to please put more. He said ?do you know this is premium meat? I said ?I surely know, that is the only thing why I comehere. I?m paying extra $3 bucks for that and you barely put some?? He still didn?t add much at all. Next, another guy, barelyadded the extras and the he gave me a look when I asked to please put dressing in containers and I wanted two different. As youcan see, the salad bowl was barely 1/3 if not less full with food. The dressing barely made it to half. There were not napkinsso I asked and the girl at the register gave me a look and said ?grab from there? pointing with her face to a roll that wasstanding beside the register. I don?t think is the company, maybe the management or independently owners maybe!? But this isabsolutely the worse location. Yesterday went to the one in Cockeysville as usual, and not a problem. This location consistently messes up it?s orders. Do not order from here from their online ordering for curbside pick up or food... delivery. They will not come out to the car for curbside you have to go inside no matter what most of the time they only make itonce you get there which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The workers do not know how to read the order there is alwayssomething wrong or left off. This past time my husband and I ordered from DoorDash for delivery. Our delivery guy was waiting atthe location for a while to just pick it up. They only started putting it together when he got there. The order comes and Ifound a huge piece of plastic in my bowl, the avocado was rock solid and an ingredient was left off of my salad. My husband alsohad two missing ingredients on his. Normally I will always try and contact the establishment before posting these reviews, but after being left on hold when... requesting to speak to the manager for an extended period of time I figured this was my only choice. After a total of 45minutes of driving to and from the restaurant I was given a Gyro that only contained lettuce and feta... I tried calling backmultiple times with no response. Great fast casual restaurant! A Mediterranean Chipotle! Great greens and grains choices to start your bowls or wraps. Then you... pick your proteins, sauces, toppings etc. Plenty of choices and amazing flavors! The drink selection is very good too. OwingMills location: Fast service; friendly staff; clean! Rating for delivery - 4 out of 5 stars. They always seem to have a misstep. Once they forgot a dessert brownie, one time they... put sauces in the bowl instead of on the side, and tonight they omitted the avocado on mine (pictured is my wife?s bowl). Thebowls are nonetheless an unprecedented mixture of truly tasty flavors. Highly recommend the braised lamb and honey harissachicken. Avoid the meatballs as they are very dry. Read more
