This was my first time going to this location. Once I arrived it took five minutes to be noticed by the cashier to show me where... my food was placed at since I ordered online. I got my food and it was cold. I ask the cashier if my fries could be reheated.The young cook in the back caught a major attitude . He gave me a nasty look and started speaking aggressively. The cashier seenhow childish the cook was acting and the cashier reheated my fries which took 1 min total since there was no line. I will not bereturning to this location. Best thing i had in a minute, i got a little cheese steak sandwich with everything (of course). it was definitely hitting with... full flavor, the bread is probably the best part, because it is so hot and fresh tasting. the inside of the restaurant is cleanand well lit but they do need more menus at the front counter. thanks for a good experience, see u next time :) Read more

They don't listen! I asked for a watermelon strawberry lemonade. After paying noticed he put peach. Also asked to old school... fries and got ultimate. Finally got home opened the Philly cheese steak sub ordered as its described on there menu and the onlything on it was a TON of lettuce a piece of tomato and only 3/4 of the sandwich had meat on it. It was extremely bland. Mydaughter however did enjoy her wings. But I definitely DO NOT recommend this place and definitely WILL NOT be back. Read more

Another establishment where employees can't even make a simple order correctly. Ordered two Philly cheesesteaks. Very clearly... told cashier what items I wanted on both orders- grilled peppers, onions, mushrooms, mayo and lettuce. (receipt stated thiscorrectly). Got home- One cheesesteak had One big chunk of green pepper, but NO onions or mushrooms. Other cheesesteak hadpeppers and onions, but NO mushrooms. Mind you, the place was not busy - only one person waiting at a table for his order, soobviously your employees are just too lazy to actually do their job...... Update: It has been over a month since I posted thisreview. I did reach out to corporate about this issue- got some lame response to repeat what I already had complained about. The chicken cheesesteak was really good (especially the bread), but there were barely any mushrooms or onions, literally just a... few specks. And the chicken is the sliced deli kind, not chunks of real chicken, so you can't taste much chicken either. But itworks overall because it tastes decent, and their menu brings good variety to the offerings from the other fast casualrestaurants on the block. Read more

This location just opened last week. I have been twice. I've tried the regular chicken philly steak and the bacon 3 cheesesteak.... Both were really good. I've also had the boneless bold BBQ wings and the mango habenero wings. The bold BBQ were great. Themango habenero were not really that spicy and just tasted ok. I also tried there cheese and bacon fries. Im not a fan of cheesesauce so I didn't really like them. I do however like there fries plan. They are crispy. I recommend trying out there lemonade.It's just as good as Chick-fil-A lemonade. The staff was nice and helpful. Read more

3 Philly Cheesesteaks and fries were ordered along with 2 Strawberry Lemonades and a regular Lemonade. They were very good. They... have a pretty good selection of cheesesteaks.
