Like almost every CF location i've ever been to, there was line at the drive-tru, but it moved quickly. So quickly, in fact,... that I was AT LEAST the 10th car from the front when I pulled into the drive-thru lane. It was approximately 935pm. They closeat 10pm(one of the few locations that close that late). I had my childrens orders to make as well as my own. My daughter sent mea screen shot from her chick-fil-a mobile app with her order created on it. It gave me the idea to download the mobile app andsee if i could get the order placed and go inside for pickup before a got to the drive-thru speaker. The order was simple: asalad, a sandwich, nuggets, 2 fries, and 2 mac and cheese. I was barely able to complete the order before they were taking myorder at the speaker so literally 5 seconds after paying in the app the person on the speaker came on. I said I made an order onthe app and when she took my last name, no more than 10sec after I had completed the order in the app, she read my complete nameand said it would be ready at the window. When i pulled up to the window, the order was ready as she said. The order wascorrect, the large fries were FULL, and i was on the road within minutes of pulling in. When i looked at the time to make sure istill had time to get Lottery Tickets it was only 6min since I pulled into what seemed like a total traffic jam of cars. It wasimpressive. The ONLY reason I would not give them 5 stars has nothing to do with service but is instead the design of thedrive-thru and parking lot. There is a Best Buy which shares the lot as well as about 5 smaller stores. The drive-thru is at thebottom of the lot perpedicular to the main entrance's traffic flow. The car behind me was blocking the entrance to that side ofthe shopping center unless you drove behind the 5 smaller stores to get around. They always choose the most convoluted parking and drive thru. Ate inside so that the Munchkin could use the play ground. I... forgot to skip the fries, they are never hot. I will only go when I have the Little with me. Service was pleasant. Bathroomneeded attention Read more

Almost always order the spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles. And you can't forget the Chick-fil-A sauce. The staff was... very friendly and the drive thru was busy but the line moved along pretty quickly. The parking area is busy as it is in thefoundry row complex, so don't be surprised if it gets a little backed up. I tried this new hack where you order a spicy chickensandwich. You also order Barbeque sauce and honey with the sandwich. You take the sandwhich out of the bag (the individual bagthat the sandwich is wrapped in) and take the chicken patty off of the buns and put it back in the bag. You then take the BBQand honey sauces and pour them over the chicken patty. Close the bag and carefully shake the patty around so that it coats itentirely. Place the patty back on the buns and enjoy a spicy honey BBQ chicken sandwich! You won't regret it. Read more
I came to this location to buy food for my employees and I ordered over 10 meals. When I asked for more sauces bc they didn?t... give me enough, these guy was very rude to me saying I couldn?t get more , he even used bad words when he was talking to me. Icant believe I got this poorly service of these employee as well as the manager on duty when I told him the incident he didn?tcare nor do anything. I spend a lot of money every week here since my job is pretty close. They should learn how to treatcustomers. Read more
Apparently they give no refills for drive through customers. I received a drive through re fill beforeehere (03937). I spoke to... Alexis the manager she was snappy and unprofessional. This is not my first time having a bad experience at this chick fil a.They need re training for their employees. I asked for the store policy and they dont have one for their customers.
