Key Details $$ out of $$$$ for a sandwich shop Dine in OK GOOD - clean, good service BAD - price just okay, quality just... okay I hit the Firehouse before a movie. I got the Smokehouse n cheese and potato soup. The soup was good (recommend addingincluded crackers for thickness) The sandwich was a bit over priced for the size (8.79) and a little under flavored. It wasn'tbad but not great. Maybe Id try another mix. For taste and price Id go Wawa, but if you want a sit down experience, Firehouseis worth a visit. Read more
I usually like firehouse subs I just didn't enjoy my sub on this visit. It wasn't well made or anywhere near the great sub that... I once knew & loved. In fairness I have to revisit them once more in hopes that their quality has not changed for the worse.Let's hope not. Read more

I actually mistakenly selected this sub shop to "treat" my cousin for doing so much for me. Who knew the "treat" would rapidly... become a punishment! This food was absolutely awful and I ordered all of the bells and whistles. Both of us received thebeverage and chips. I up sized my meal and drink to a large and my cousin a medium. My cousin loves cookies and I encouragedher to get a cookie also. Plus I allowed the cashier to round up my $ to donate which carried this beyond nasty food to $30. Mycousin got the Hook & Ladder white bread combo and I got the large steak & cheese combo on wheat. I ordered this on 2/23 @ 4:57pm, just to verify that I have been truthful as it relates to my EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT about this food and I encourage othersto think before they open the door to Firehouse Subs! Sandwiches are really good especially the Italian. Recently tried the NY Corned beef and pastrami is was ok but u was definitely... disappointed with the meat portion. Ur overall still good eats. Read more
It's pretty sad when you can't make a standard sub that's on your menu. I asked for salt pepper oil and vinegar added instead of... doing that you put raw bacon on my sandwich(didnt even ask for bacon, nor did it come with bacon) thanks. That's why you guyswork in fast food Read more
