I never had a complaint about their food. I have had wonderful food and okay food. Even the okay food was good enough for me... to go back. However the customer service is very bad. Because of that, I won't be going back. I went to the Owings Millslocation to place a catering order for a repast. When I got there, after driving over 30 miles, I was told I could not place acatering order because the manager was not available. The young man told me that the manager was the only person to takecatering orders. He did not offer to take my information. Nor did he offer the name of the manager. What he did was tell me"Call tomorrow. The manager will be here tomorrow." He didn't even offer to take a message. That is basic customer service. I suggest they train their staff to do better. If they don't, they will lose customers to their competition less than fiveminutes away who has EXCELLENT customer service. Read more

Great food! I have done catering and take out from them multiple times! They never disappoint! Food is always hot and fresh!

My experience with this restaurant has gotten worse as time goes on. What is the point of ordering online if you then have to... wait another 35-40 minutes after you waited 45 minutes at home. The guy who is out in the front has awful customer service. Thetwo women service we decent. Communication sucks especially when I come in and you can?t find the ticket for my order and thenyou finally find it and start cooking when that should?ve started before I arrived. Trying to continue to support this blackbusiness but they need to do better. Read more

The food is as delicious ???? as I have heard about. I got the whiting fish dinner with Mac and cheese ???? and sweet potatoes,... corn bread and peach ???? cobbler, truly excellent ????. Now that's the way you do Southern comfort food. Highly recommend it,check it out!???? Read more

It has been several years since I last ordered food from here. I wanted a quality fish dinner and I thought of Georgia Peach... and was not disappointed (at all). I ordered the catfish platter w/ cabbage and mac and cheese. I do not know what was better- the fish or the mac and cheese! Although the wait was long; it was worth it. I am a patient person and, to behonest.....it's reassuring to me that a restaurant that takes the necessary time to prepare my food is a restaurant that caresabout quality and doing it right! First off, I use to Love this restaurant. They Use to invoke quality in their cooking. However, in the last 12 months everything... is rushed, undercooked, overcook, lack of taste. I ordered several meals for my family through DoorDash. All of my meals camewith sides I Did not order. I ordered additional sides which were not what I ordered. From what I gather, they didn?t have theitems I order, instead they replaced them with whatever they had and didn?t bother to contact me about it. No refund was giveand the items they gave me were items I do not eat. This is totally unprofessional. Also, the fish was as hard as a rock. Couldnot consume. Read more

I love this establishment and have been a repeat customer at primarily the Windsor Mill location. Since moving, this location is... closer to me now and I have ordered from here at least five times. The staff have been pleasant and efficient when picking up myonline orders in the restaurant. Last night was my first issue with my delivery order. For those who order the salmon, it istypically tender, seasoned with salt and what appears to be parsley. For $32, this is what I received; an unseasoned, dry, andovercooked piece of fish. The side items were consistent; delicious ( I got the cabbage and yams) but I was very dissatisfiedbecause I usually love the salmon and was really looking forward to this meal. If they did not have the proper ingredients theyshould have called and offered an alternate option. I attempted calling with no answer, however I understand they were nearclosing. I called today to leave a message for management, but the mailbox was full. After reading other reviews, I see thatmanagement typically does not respond to balanced or negative reviews, nor offers a credit or comp for dissatisfactory food.Constructive criticism should be valued and addressed reasonably. As a medical black business owner myself, I understandstaffing challenges due to the pandemic- however taking accountability, knowing limitations, and being appreciative of allclientele (especially regulars) are all paramount in retaining customers and business growth. This was my first visit to this establishment and I only ordered sides but I was very impressed. The greens were delicious and... you could taste the ham hocks in the greens. There was a small bone in them though which would be dangerous if a kid had them.The yams were delicious and just the right amount of sweet. The macaroni and cheese was flavorful but wasn't evenly salted. Ialso loved the cornbread and was happy that it was slightly sweet. Overall, I really enjoyed the food but wish the customerservice was a bit better. I would definitely return though. Read more
