First time going here and unfortunately it wasn't a great experience. Went with a party of 6 around 9pm on a Saturday night. ... Reviews looked decent and place was kinda crowded so we figured let's check it out. Right off the bat there was a huge languagebarrier making it very difficult to ask questions or order. The staff were friendly but busy and never came to offer refills.The food was quick but just really not that great. I hope that they are able to improve what needs to be improved in order tosurvive. the food was over cooked, chicken, scallops, steak. no show. holding utensils hostage. did not have chopstick assistance for... kids. had to bed for chopsticks on multiple occasions and a knife since the steak wasn’t even cut for my 3 year old. nevercame back to check on drinks. super not impressed for my excited 3 year old’s birthday. he was not impressed either. will gosomewhere else to get true experience. would not come back again. This use to be my favorite hibachi spot but recently things have changed and not in the best way. The service is friendly, it... more like a family vibe. The menu mentions shrimp appetizer with all dinners but the serve said it’s no long included. Theyshould definitely remove that. Why does the soup come with one noodle? The salad was a little sauggy. Seems like they arecutting corners to make profit but I would highly suggest another way. My noodles were a mix of spaghetti noodles and eggnoodles. I am kinda shock by some of these business idea. This is the only hibachi I know of in this area so Ginza has aopportunity to improve its quality and service before it’s to late. Read more

Food was excellent, came out for date night. I had the chicken and shrimp combination with lo mein and he had the steak and... chicken combination with lo mein and rice. Our adult beverages were good as well, could have been a tad bit stronger but goodnonetheless. Read more

I ordered the most expensive dish on the menu and because I ordered noodles instead of rice I had to wait for my food while... everyone in our party to get their food. When he asked who wanted more on their plate and I said I'd like more he ignored me andgave the extra to the regular persons in our group.
