Bad service all around. Took forever to get a drink. Then I had ordered another drink and dessert. Got my dessert, not my drink.... Never asked if I would like another drink nor apologize. Everyone else had gotten another drink or two. I thought working in arestaurant business that health regulations about very long nails doesn?t apply here. Took about 15 minutes for Britney to comearound with the check. Will not go back. Read more

I attempted to call for carry out. I called Outback 4 times and was on hold for over 40 minutes to place and order. So I decided... to go there and go into the restaurant to ask why wasn?t anyone answering the phone. There was no one in the curbside area so Iwent into the restaurant side. I found two hostesses on there cell phones completely ignoring the phones. The red lights were onthe phones but they ignored the phones. I requested to speak to the store manager or the General Manger. They sent out thekitchen manager who offered ZERO apologies and when I asked for the number to corporate to speak about my experience, she saidpolitely, ?No problem here you are and handed me a business card.? I requested the General Managers name that she provided mewith. Her name was Maira Machado and she didn?t express the least amount of remorse for my experience. I have lived in theneighborhood for 15 years and have spent thousands of dollars. I have had over 10 poor experiences and this is my firstcomplaint. I will never go back and I will tell everyone that will listen about the poor customer service. By the way the placewas super slow at 1:30 on a Sunday afternoon. I wonder why? Read more

If I could rate a 10 star ???? I would! I had such an amazing experience with our server Ashley. She provided an exceptional... experience for me, my best friend and God children. I loved that she consistently pre-bussed the tables. I use to be an waitressand the way she took care of us is how I treated all of my guest. She?s very much appreciated. The Manager Ms. Gina is awesome!She?s one of the sweetest person I?ve ever met. We?ve been coming to the Owings Mills location for over 5 years and will alwaystravel the distance to this location. Good service. My rating is based on the food I received. The chicken Caesar salad had four sad pieces of chicken (that I almost... missed because they were wrapped in an aluminum foil ball the size of a little dressing cup), and it cost $16 compared to the$13 bloomin onion burger my husband got with a side of fries. Truly a rip off for the quality of the salad. Read more

Australian themed chain steak house. Dependably good food and service. I went there with a party of 11. The server managed our... order competently. The salad was fresh. The meat was properly prepared and quite tasty. The ambiance was pleasant, and thenoise level was tolerable for conversion. Even though the Outback is a chain, I recommend it. Read more
